Advice & Guidance - find what you were born to do
As a UK career coach, my job is to facilitate self-awareness and draw out hidden values and motivations. We will explore your unique personality, values and attributes and look at how you will fit into certain jobs and organisational cultures.

I’m qualified to use a variety of psychometric personality questionnaires, interest inventories and trained to guide you. The process uncovers qualities that previous academic performance and employment won't necessarily have shown.

Coaching
I assist clients to determine and achieve their goals. I use a variety of methods, tailored to the client, to move through the process of setting and reaching your objectives. Our sessions are about creating a space where new insights can be developed and most importantly where action is made easy.

My programme allows you to take time out of your busy life to check that you are heading where you'll be happiest and taking the most direct route. I insist people discover and obtain what they were born to do!

Sessions are typically conducted over the telephone and assessments are carried out online.
